2. Client Responsibilities

- Ensure that any credentials provided to us are legitimate and authorized.
- Maintain backup copies of content submitted to us.
3. Payments and Refunds
- Full payment is required before service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Refund Policy:
- Full refund available within 30 days if you choose to cancel and we bring down the site.
- No refunds for cancellations after 30 days if you purchased a 1-year package; instead, we will transfer the domain ownership to you.
- No partial refunds will be issued.
4. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, you own the final website content and design.
- We may use samples of our work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if you violate these terms or abuse our platform or staff.
6. Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for:
- Loss of data due to third-party service failures
- Downtime caused by external hosting or domain providers
- Any indirect or consequential damages
